I've been to this location numerous times in the past 9 months. This has to be the worst associate there. She wasn't friendly at all. Didn't make suggestions. Simply acted like she wanted us to leave.i was very embarrassed. Having spoken so highly of this store. It was my birthday. and some family members were with Me. And she didn't put the tissue paper in my Bag either!!!

The lady at the door was rude and not willing to listen to what I had to say. She kept repeating Company Policy to me when I was trying to explain to her my situation was unique. Finally, Morgan at Old Orchard Skokie,IL Mall was kind enough to understand the reason I needed an exchange and I had not even had the merchandise a full week yet. My boyfriend purchased a promise ring for me and it was a size too big. I requested a smaller size and the lady at the door just kept saying we cannot take back an item that has wear and tear, which my ring looked pristine compared to the one they had in display. The one in the display had a flaw at the bottom of the ring on the band. Morgan and the manager allowed my exchange to happen. I thank Morgan for taking a minute to listen to me and then actually helping me. The lady at the door whose name I did not catch was just so rude and condescending as if I didn’t understand what she was saying. Retraining is definitely needed for her! I don’t think I will be returning to this location again but now I think I may just stick with Kendra Scott. They are always professional and go above and beyond with customer service.

Manager Laurie she was racist, rude and let people get into the store even though I was there before. She did not even took my info. But she took the info of the other people. I’m a health worker and she won’t stop staring at my up and Dow because i was in my scrubs.

The sales lady was so unprofessional she didn’t give any suggestions and she acted like she didn’t want to bring the full tray out so I can see different items she didn’t make me feel welcome but the lady my friend had was very nice polite and help and has good customer service skills

I wanted to exchange a ring for one size larger..it was brand new never worn..the sales associates said it had a scratch on it and she couldn't exchange it for a different size...my husband bought it a few weeks ago and lost the receipt..I so what all I wanted was another size and if it had a scratch on it then that's how they sold it to him...I didn't like the managers attitude I go there all the time and spend a lot of money so why couldn't she do this for me...I think they don't like black people at that store..will never go there again!

I felt very rushed by the associate helping me. No interest in making sure I loved my purchased just seemed in a rush to get me out of the store.

If I get something as a gift, I should be able to exchange it at the very least. I tried to exchange earrings I got and the associate told me they are discontinued so I cannot do anything!! Just because you chose to D/C an item, it’s not my fault and I should still be able to exchange it. That just shows that you as a company do not stand by your products by choosing to discontinue them and then leaving your loyal customers empty handed. I shop at Pandora all the time and have several pieces, but will now go elsewhere. On the same visit, I also exchanged a ring, picked out a different one, and there was a 5 dollar difference according to the ring price that was marked on YOUR DISPLAY. The associate simply handed me my new ring as an even exchange, even though there was a difference in price. I questioned her, and she said, oh that price is wrong on there. It is not about the money, it’s about the principal and that I was in the dark about the price of the ring being different than the display price. You had about 10 employees in that store that day, couldn’t one of them update your price tags on your rings?!??
