Sales lady deceived us into paying for something that we didn't pick out. We had our items on the table and she only put one thing in the bag and made it seem like we were getting everything for one price. Very unprofessional and the management couldn't figure out a way to solve the issue without wasting my time or money. It was supposed to be a gift for mothers day and its embarrassing to watch my mom open her gift and the Mom charm wasn't even in the box. The sales associate new the gift was for mothers day and clearly made a mistake and wouldn't own up to her mistake.

The sales associate was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped me pick out some lovely earrings and made some suggestions as to other items that might compliment my purchase. I have always been satisfied with this store.

It was miserable !!! Not enough sales associates, the store is like a shoe box , truly miserable ...could barely buy anything because the store was packed and NO ONE to help !
