Pandora Jewelry

I needed to purchase a gift and had limited time. I know what I wanted and the salesperson helped me find the right item. BUT your clasps are awful. So hard to use it affects their wearability. I'm surprised Pandora is so popular when the clasps are so hard to open and close.

I had talked with Gina & Laurie previously...Katryna and Marieelena..along with Jami..went to extra efforts to find a replacement for sliding dangle bracelet was not in store, but they were able to secure from another location...Yeah...the issue was another bracelet that has been retired that needs to be resized...no jewelers woll touch Pandora items because of how made.. So I have to continue to plague Pandora customer service to have it resolved..
