I went in to have my 2 charm bracelets cleaned and to shop for new releases charms.

Helped right away and associate was friendly. As she was looking for the item I was interested in another associate asked if I had been helped yet. I was interested in two more charms that were out of stock and without asking she let me know which location near by had the items in stock. Great service.
