The salesperson that helped us was very easy to talk to and was very quick with helping us. Kateryna Z., did really well in making sure we got what we needed.

It was the day before Mother’s Day and it was packed but the store associates got everyone in quickly and took care of their needs.

I’ve met with Sandra (sales rep) 2x now. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and always helps me make good purchases that I’m happy with. The store is one I frequent, often.

Every time I come , somehow I end up with Lauri S. She is so friendly. Always recommending an alternative (if what I need isn’t in) she’s pleasant and a delight to be helped by. If she’s not already, she should be a Manager.

Yvette L. was very accommodating and helpful during my visit. I understand there was a lot of customers coming in the day of Mother's Day but she went far and beyond for us. There was an item out of stock that I wanted to purchase for my mother. She went ahead and asked if the display item was available and alas, I was able to walk out of the store with the perfect gift for my mother. I'm impressed with the quality of this customer service and trust me when I say I'll be returning back soon :)

There was a small wait but it was expected given it is close to Mother’s Day. The store was crowded and not easy to see all the merchandise but also expected given the holiday. The staff member who helped me was extremely helpful. I did an engraving and she was very supportive and helped with some good suggestions on how to get what I wanted.
