I went in just to have my charm bracelet polished/ cleaned. It is now 10 years old. I wasn't planning to buy anything. I was told about the bonus bracelet with purchase by the person who took my bracelet in to be cleaned. She showed me some great charms and I ended up buying 4 & getting the bracelet. She was a wonderful salesperson!

We were helped right away. The sales associate Morgan showed us various options of what my mom was looking for and even placed them on her bracelet for her. She made a great recommendation that my mom was very pleased with and purchased.
