I apologize I can't remember the name of the girl who assisted me. Her number is 158808. She was amazing! I had been given a gift a few weeks ago and did not realize the person bought it way in advance. I explained the toxic situation in which it came from. The manager and her approved an exchange. She helped me with the best charm for me. It stated "The Best is Yet To Come". Which we agreed was insanely perfect. She is amazing and I felt that she knew exactly what I needed when it came to a personal connection. I felt like I was shopping with a friend. It is very rare to feel that way anymore. She is an amazing asset to Pandora and I hope she gets to see this. Thank you for making a toxic situation turn it into an empowering one.
