Went it to have my charm bracelet cleaned, and was helped right away. The sales associate even gave me helpful tips on storing my bracelet and cleaning it. She helped me choose some charms out and a ring. She was very nice and helpful !

Laun and Denise. P, from 4999 Old Orchard Center in Skokie Illinois, were very VERY helpful, understanding and accommodating to my mother and I during our visit. They helped picked our sizes perfectly and Laun gave a unique stack ring idea. There were some issues with communication in the beginning and it not being Laun’s fault she still apologized for the way we communicated back and forth and that she didn't want us to leave on a bad note. 10/10 service and beyond, Laun also helped with my personal jewelry and untangled it for me and was unbothered to help me she was happy to help. I cannot express in words how much I would like them to get recognized by Pandora or their owner, they handled this situation perfectly. Please notify me if recognition is given I would love to know! My sales associate Kim was very helpful and pleasant. She informed me that I could get a custom engraving on charms which I did not know before my visit. She even made suggestions one of which I ended up going with. She made the experience smooth and easy.

Thr wait was short. Kateryna Z made the process of purchasing a men's bracelet easy. She was very knowledgeable about material and cleaning.
