I really like the jewelry there. The staff is super friendly and pretty knowledgeable about merchandise. The only complaint I have is that the store is pretty small so it’s a bit hard to move around in when it’s busy.

I was given a worker right as I got into the store. I found exactly what I was looking for. I got some rings I have been wanting for a while. I now know that I am a 7 or 7.5 in ring sizes. I also got the earrings that I was looking for.

Yvette and Kateryna went above and beyond with customer service. They took their time, explained everything, gave me different options, and even recommended additional accessories and offered for me to open the credit card (which i declined). They took the time to carefully and beautifully each gift, label it accordingly, extended a special circumstance return option and even gave me a plastic bag to protect my beautiful bags and tissue from the rain. Amazing experience.

Yvette was very helpful with my order and with helping pick the right size bracelet, I guessed online, and the original size picked was too big. Not only did Yvette help me, but the other more senior sales associates helped and provided advice with my bracelet setup.
