Daphne was very attentive and answered all of my questions, suggested a few charms for a gift I needed and was even kind enough to wait patiently while a called someone to see what they liked it was rude on my part but she understood and I am very grateful for that. This is honestly one of my favorite pandora locations they are all very helpful

Kateryna provided excellent service by listening to my reason for shopping and tailoring the service to my needs.

I was automatically greeted with a person who asked me what I needed. After telling her what I needed, she promptly took me to an associate who helped me complete my purchase.

I came in right before closing and I was allowed to enter to make my purchase without being asked any questions or rushed. I was rather welcomed and invited in.

I was able to get my bracelet fixed. It was quick and efficient. I was also able to get a new ring as well. The customer service was great.

Very friendly and helpful salesperson

The store was well stocked. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. I found what I was looking for. I saw some items I will be returning to the store for. Parking and access to the store during my lunch was easy.
