I originally just went to pickup 1 charm and I ended up purchasing 5 more chams and a ring. Gayatri, was so helpful at organizing my bracelet for me it is beautiful. From the moment I walked in, I was attended to. Being that this gift was a surprise, the workers and Pandora made me feel comfortable in the choices I was making. I would definitely do it again!!

The associate at the Old Orchard location, Isabel was so nice and patient. She knew exactly what my mom and I were looking for and explained how the spacers worked for my bracelet.

The sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above even when I had to place a order for the product to be shipped to store. The store in old orchard mall is amazing. All the staff members are friendly.

The lady at the register was so nice! I came in for an exchange and she made the process super easy for me!
