Nice and good quality to give it as a gift

I was greeted and helped immediately upon entering the store. I went in to purchase a special "16" birthday charm. The purchase was handled very quickly. I also brought in my own bracelet to have a charm that had been a gift added to the bracelet. The associate - Shania - offered to clean the bracelet first. When she brought it back and began taking off the charms to rearrange them and add the new one, she noticed and pointed out to me that there was a slight tear in the mesh. She asked when I had purchased the bracelet, to see if the warranty was still in effect (it was not). She did not pressure me to purchase a new bracelet, although that is what happened. She then spent a great deal of time arranging and re-arranging the charms until I was satisfied. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and went out of her way to be helpful.

It was very easy to pick what I wanted. I didn’t have to wait too long for service. Overall your employees were very helpful.

I was very satisfied with the service. The girl who helped her name was Isabel she was so helpful helping my friend buy her sister a birthday present. And she helped me find some charms as well.
