Our sales associate, Kateryna, was very knowledgeable and attentive. We told her what we were looking for and she brought our several different choices. She took the time to show us everything we wanted as well as arranged all the charms on our bracelets. We didn’t feel rushed at all. We also noticed that she sanitized everything that was touched. Would definitely shop with her again!

Everyone at the old orchard location Pandora store did an awesome job, did the best they could handling social distancing, and Alyssa C was of great help

Due to the number of people being limited in the store, the store had a nice system where they took my name and asked what I was looking for when I first walked in. There were several people ahead of me and had to wait for a while but it was worth the wait and as soon as an associate assisted me with my purchase I was out of there in no time.

Gina listened/acknowledge my needs and wants. I had no idea or direction of what I should put together. she was able to put together the perfect birthday present for my wife. I appreciate the fact that she didn’t push anything I didn’t want and showed me various options of what I did want.
