Even though I had to wait to enter the store, my experience will the sales associates at the Old orchard location is always fantastic. Once I entered, I never feel rushed. My time shopping is always fun.

Customer service is always great! Gayatri and Morgan were excellent in selections. Laura, gina, and kataryna are so welcoming.

The check in process was well coordinated. The inside of the store was not crowded. The sales associate gave me her undivided attention. The sales associate managing the door was good at giving updates as we waited in line outside.

My experiences with the ladies at this store is Always excellent. I never feel rushed when I shop, even though the lines are crazy outside the store!

Sabrina was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and introduced me to pieces that really caught my attention.

There was a good 30 minute wait, but understood with Covid restrictions. Once I was with a sales person, I was taken care of FIRST CLASS! Was able to talk through my gift ideas and she was patient and had reccomendations. She put everything together beautifully and ensured that each bag was marked for each person, with gift receipts to make for easier gifting. I look forward to building out new bracelets for years to come! Thank you for a wonderful first experience and new customer for life!

The sales associate Alyssa C was very helpful. I didn’t know what my ring size was and she helped me. She was able to grind my ring size just by looking at my hand from a distance.
