All the store's associates were friendly. The associate that helped me out was very polite and helpful . I'm always satisfied with this store service.

The customer service is outstanding and genuine. This isbmy second visit/purchase in two days and Gabriela assisted me on this second visit. Gabriela went above and beyond with my items that needed cleaning and gave me tips on how to keep them clean.

What I tried ordering online was always out of stock but definitely had them in store stocked. Calling a different store for help but didn’t have the full stock and recommended the Pandora at Old Orchard. Definitely was impressed with my overall first time experience ever at a Pandora store. Was my first time entering and making a purchase.

This was my first time visiting this Pandora store in the Old Orchard Mall. The staff was friendly and I want to give a special shout-out to Eve W. She was very patient with me and she showed me a variety of charms. My whole experience at that store was pleasant compared to the other pandora stores that I visited so I will be going back to this store.

The experience was awesome. My sister was getting a bracelet for the first time! We started with her selecting a bracelet (same as my own). Then moved into charm selection. I told the attendant what a little about her life and what she likes and she was able to find about five charms for her! It was a good time and my sister was happy.

The staff was awesome from the point of stepping in to the sales associate.

I was well greeted and appreciated I liked that they helped me with my present for my best friend wedding gift next month and also my daughters birthday/ graduation gifts. There was one of my favorite charms that was not there but I replaced it with another product I guess it was meant to be wish they had a larger selection of godmothers charms

I am highly satisfied with this store because they were super friendly and they were very passionate about their products. They took everyone's health and safety into consideration.

Gina cleaned my bracelet that was buy in 2010 and it took about 1 hour and did it shine again amazingly.Then Sabrina C helped me with 2 rose gold bracelets and 4 charms.These 2 ladies are TOTALLY AMAZING/PROFESSIONAL.
