I placed an order online for pick up. The associate is very helpful and showed my the items first to check and then completed the process. I also asked her about a "stopper" and she helped me choose the perfect design for my bracelet.

We were greeted at the door. I asked to be shown the new spring charms, and was led straight to them. When I saw one I liked, I asked the associate about it and she knew everything there was to know about it. When I decided to purchase the charm, she asked me if I had the O pendant because I told her I intended to wear it as a necklace. I thought that was good salesmanship, without being pushy. The sales associate's name is Isabel R.
