I came into the store right away was greeted with a friendly face by the sales person Sara O. No.201695. She made my exchange experience so easy and with no hassle. The onsite Asst Manager No.199096 was very helpful and very polite. I will definitely highly reccomend friends and family to come into this store.

My existing bracelet broke. In hopes that it would be replaced or repaired, I made a visit to the nearest store. Once there, I was notified that the bracelet can not be fixed or returned therefore had to purchase a new one. Purchasing the replacement wasn't so much a problem as much as I didn't appreciate the fact that I had no options. Given that these bracelets turn out to be very expensive once filled, it left me disappointed.
