I love the fact i was able to find the charms i was looking for since they were out of stock online.

Waiting line, was pretty quick even tho they had said wait time was 30 mins. Sales person was very nice, and went with me the different item avalible everything was pray down with rubbing alcohol. Very satisfied with my visit will be back in. Couple days.

Out of all the other stores in the mall, Pandora had the safest precautions to enter and shop. The associate, Jami, that helped me was awesome! I told her what I wanted as a gift for my grandmother and she got the items for me right away - she also suggested a couple of options and other ways to style the bracelet. She also made sure that all the information was set up so my grandmother could easily return or have repairs made in her city, if needed. In and out quickly and highly satisfied with the cleanliness of the store and the safety precautions!

We waited outside due to the pandemic. However, once we spoke to the staff member and told her we knew exactly what we wanted, she did not hesitate to bring us into the store to complete our purchase.
