The ease of the store and picking things up are great- so convenient to look at everything...

Although the wait was 2 hours, the convenience of the text message was great. I was able to go home and return without waiting outside. I was able to research what I may want online, and then return.

I had a great experience at this store. Kateryna was very friendly all the time. She suggested me some other items to shop and answered all my questions. I felt welcome and now that store will be my 1st priority when shopping at Pandora.

It was Black Friday and items I wanted were out of stock online. I called Old Orchard store and they had items. We exchanged texts to clarify a few questions and Morgan was very helpful.
