Great Customer Service Skills My associate who helped me know exactly which charm will complete my bracelet look

I knew what I wanted. I was shown 2 different sizes in the bracelet that I wanted . I was given options, and then additional charms to look at.

I was greeted right away. I was offered different options, and they offered to clean my existing bracelets!

The sales associate was very helpful in helping me pick out three charms. The charms I wanted were rose gold only, so she brought out a bunch of rose gold charms for me to choose from. I’m happy I got the hot air balloon, which I really wanted.

I had something very specific in mind and time was taken to understand what I wanted. I was listened to in terms of what I didn’t want to see and more options were presented to me. Loved that I didn’t take longer than was necessary - purchase was done to my satisfaction.
