During my visit Jami was able to assist me towards finding my likes. She was really helpful towards finding affordable charms for my bracelet.

I wasnt really looking for anything in particular but after a while I decided to browse. I didnt know what to look for so i spoke with the associate & she gave amazing service & suggestions.

The staff were friendly. They made sure my needs were met. They also explained their promotions in detail.

I called ahead to see if the item I was looking for was in stock. I was informed it was and I advised i would arrive in approximately 20 min. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and I was introduced to a specialist to assist me. She took me to an area, away from others, to show me the item I was interested in. She also pointed out other items she thought I may like. So personable and knowledgeable I wanted to hire Kateryna for my own business. Keep employees and practices just like you have. Tom
