Isabel was so incredibly helpful and patient while I tried on rings to decide what I wanted. She was kind and courteous and encouraged me to purchase without being pushy. When I realized I forgot my credit card at home she offered the Pandora card and when I said no she offered to put an item on hold for me. I am on my way back to pick up my purchase today!
