I was on my lunch hour thought I stop by and by my own bday gift for myself the ladies knew exactly what I was looking for I was in and out . I was looking for a bangle bracelet with a heart shape charm . I’m obsessed with hearts 💕.

This was my first time back since the pandemic started. Old Orchard is still my favorite Pandora store! Friendly, clean, caring. I bought, and also merely researched. Kateryna helped me equally with both. Also, the gal at the door making sure we were following Covid protocols with how many people were in the shop was equally friendly, and probably had a harder job that day. Kudos to her!

I was highly satisfied with the sales person, she was very attentive to what I came into the store for. I stood outside until to people came out and was very much okay with that, which wasn’t very long. I will go back.

I was satisfied because Ms. Lauri was very helpful in getting the items I needed. She was quick, and knew exactly what I wanted. She also knew what the perfect items were!
