I loved working with the Sales Associate Lauri virtually vía phone to complete order. Even when I went to pick up on busy afternoon, they were very kind and capable and easily managed transactions with customers in the line To make sure we were happy!

Isabel and Morgan were awesome. They were very patient with me and my friend and help us select the bracelets we were looking for. They even recommended more items to take advantage of the sale. Instead of walking out with two items we walk out with five. I can’t wait to see them again for my next visit.

I am extremely satisfied. The associate helped explain that my bracelet before was too big. I purchased it at the HIP location. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service.

This was my first time shopping at pandora. I absolutely loved the options and the service. Eva was so friendly and very knowledgeable. From the wait in the line to the purchase point I felt welcome. I don’t live in the area but the next time I’m in the are I will definitely be returning!

I knew what I wanted and was able to get in get my items and leave. When one of my items weren’t available I was given other options. Great service.

This store has wonderful staff. The ladies are knowledgeable about the products, and most importantly they are extremely proactive in their approach to the customer. This is a rare trait nowadays.
