I first attempted to exchange a necklace my son had bought me at the South Shore Plaza as it was too short, but the woman there kept telling me I had to send it back through the mail as he purchased it online even though I had everything that came in the box. She would not even look it up by the order number, she was not helpful at all and kept saying she could not do it unless I had his email. I then decided to try the Warwick Mall where the girls were so wonderful, pleasant and helpful. They were very helpful and were able to do an exchange easily.
