The sales lady made my experience very pleasant, I told her what I wanted, she gave me several options and I was able to find the perfect charm. She was very pleasant. I was only in Savannah for business, otherwise this would definitely be my Pandora store!

Ashli, the sales associate, was friendly and engaging. She showed me a variety of merchandise and had a great attitude. I didn't feel rushed in making my selections. She was the friendliest associate in the entire store (There were 5 there.), and she made me want to come back just to shop with her.

The assistant manager that took care of me was wonderful and very experienced. My problem was that the product was defaulty. The clasp wouldn't stay close causing me to lose my 2 charms that costed 55 a piece numerous of times and by the grace of God it was found. Plus I had safety chain on it. I'm just not happy with quality of product.
