I was very pleased with the service of my sales woman named Shaniecee. She was patient as I was a first time customer. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very upbeat. I didn't feel rushed and she made me feel very secure in my purchase. She showed me her individual charms and explained what each meant to her which made me fall in love with Pandora. I am going back today on Mothers Day as my son is going to fill up my bracelet and Shaniecee will be definitely helping me with this purchase as I trust her knowledge and great attitude! Thank you!
