Cleanliness of the store, was greed once in the store and value of my purchase.

I was visiting from out of town and although the store was a bit tiny and congested. I received fast and friendly customer service. I am very "big" on customer service.

The employee who helped me was very kind and patient with me. I needed to figure out and get the correct size bracelet for my charms and she was able to tell me my size so quickly and help me out. I will definitely me back to this pandora!

My sales person immediately greeted me when I walked in. She recommended a lot of products to the point where I left with my bracelet almost full. She also recommend the Pandora credit card to me and the benefits of having. She organized and put my charms on my bracelet. She wanted to get to know me and asked where I worked and if I was from there. She was very friendly which made me feel like I was just chatting with a friend. I will go back just to see her and get more bracelets.
