Janet was extremely patient as I asked a variety of questions. She allowed me to try on different styles of bracelets and allowed me to look closely at charms. She even was sure I knew of current promotions.

The prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions respectfully.

The stores appeal was exceptional the salesperson knew what they were doing and I was in and out in no time. Very satisfying

I shop at Pandora 3 to 5 times a month jewelry. I trying to save for gold Pandora, but it is so expensive. Love the merchandise.

I was highly satisfied with my visit, because it was the day after Christmas. It was around 6:30 that evening and there was a line outside. Our wait wasn't long, before we, my niece and I were able to enter the store. About 30-40 minutes. Our salesperson was very nice, and patient. My niece was there for an exchange and I was there to buy. A first time customer with Pandora. Between my niece and I, we were asking a lot of questions, and looking at different charms, clips, and spacers. I was just kinda starting my bracelet. The young lady NEVER appeared frustrated at all. She took her time and served us. When we left the store was about to close. We bought about 7 items total, but she didn't know that, before she had us as her customers. She was just as patient as if we were going to be a buying customer. I really appreciated that! I don't remember the young lady's name, but the staff that was on during closing hours the day after Christmas at the Tanger outlet in Pooler Ga. were phenomenal! I'm glad to be a part of the Pandora family!

There needs to be a better process of getting customers in and out. I stood in line for 45 mins and several ppl came out with no bags waste of time.
