The sales associate Jennifer Jackson was very knowledgeable about pandora jewelry she was genuinely concerned about what I wanted and needed , Jennifer was willing to organize my charms on my bracelet and color coordinate my bracelet. I was also impressed that she remembered some of her guest by name that spoke volumes to me. I will definitely make this my permanent pandora store because of Jennifer. Out of all the pandora stores I have visited she was the best, Jennifer worked in a spirit of excellence!

I love shopping at pandora. Here really makes holidays gifts options easy. Pandora is Definitely my go to store.

I initially placed an order for pickup at a different location, confirmed and laid only to receive an email two days later and two days before Christmas that my piece wasn’t available. I then searched the vest closet store and Tanger had it in stock. I took my chances and drove to the store the next day(Christmas Eve). When I arrived there were two associates outside and about 6 people in line ahead of me. About 3 minutes in line a sales associate approached and made her way down asking everyone if they knew what they’d like to buy. Everyone said no but me. She went in and came pack with my mother daughter charm and placed mine on my bracelet and bagged moms. As she took my information she paused and said wait a minute.. she realized I’d giver her the exact spelling of her name! We had the same name but it was pronounced differently. However Tiyana was absolutely amazing. She’s dedicated to what she does and she works with so much poise. Though we are all wearing masks, I can tell she smiles the entire time. I will be using this store from now on and if Tiyana isn’t there, I’ll take a rain check !

The sales associates are always so knowledgeable. This is my rest area when I travel and I always leave with a pandora bag. Not sure if that’s good or bad 😂
