I was recommended to ask for Sales associate Jennifer. She was wonderful. This was my 1st time shopping there and she did a great job helping me with my selections. She took her time and didn't rush me eventhough her shift was coming to an end.

The sales associate was absolutely perfect & helped with everything my friend & I needed.

There was a line but the wait was not extremely long. I was pleased that a booklet was available to view while waiting, so I had an idea of what I wanted before entering the store. I was pleased with the associates product knowledge and the timely transaction.

I ordered a bracelet and it was too small. The staff were very friendly and completed my exchange with no issues.

The sales associate, Tawanda was very friendly. She was knowledgeable about the products. I felt safe in the store due to limited individuals being allowed in at a time.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because due to COVID-19, Pandora cared the customers’ safety by only allowing very few customers in at a time. The wait was not long at all. The representative were very patient. Thank you Pandora!

Associate was presentable and patient to my needs. Also she gave specific details about the items I purchased. She also gave specific instructions on how to fill this survey out. Great costumer service skills.

Employees was nice. The prices where great. And the safety was great.

The sales rep was excellent in the presentation and explain to me which product would go best with the purchase order that I made so overall sales person in a personnel was very knowledgeable well Highly go back to the store again
