The customer service rep was great! She listened, responded and advised me on selections. The speed, knowledge and overall help was by far some of the the best customer service I’ve ever gotten.

This location made it very easy with locating items needed. I stood in line for about 5 mins and was able to use a catalog provided by the store so I could readily know what options were available to me. I was assigned an associate, Norrisa and she went above and beyond by helping me find options for my grand daughters. She explained what clips are and how they would help start off my granddaughters bracelets. She was very knowledgeable and even though I couldn’t see her smile I felt the welcoming tone and warmth. She was very patient with me as well. I will definitely return. She’s awesome!

The sales lady name was Jennifer J. No. 159473 and she was very professional and great.

Sales person was very friendly and professional. Did not seem upset or rushed by me taking my time and looking at numerous rings and trying on different sizes.

The sales assistant Jenny was exceptional. I found her enthusiasm and knowledge for the products were outstanding and I am looking forward to my next purchase. I love the idea of your products, however, I wish there were more items to appeal to a senior citizen nearing retirement.
