The service given was excellent. The ease of shopping with the associate was good. The selection of merchandise was what I was looking for as a gift. There is always nice choices to choose from.

The warm greeting I received as I entered the store was inviting. The sales associated offered to clean my jewerly while I looked around for more charms to purchase. The knowledge and speed of service of the sales associate meet my expectation.

My salesperson made my day...Erika made me smile the whole time I was there. And very powerful sales skills. She didn't get me to spend more money, but she got me to open up an account and then tried to make me spend more money..she is my kind of girl ..will see her again soon

Upon entering the store we were greeted by a bubbly and welcoming Megan. She helped my 9 year old daughter pick out a few items to add to her bracelet. She was really helpful and patient with every request and question my daughter had. Megan's customer service was absolutely great and we will be returning in the future. Megan is truly an asset to Pandora!
