Ms. Niecee, our sales representative and assistant store manager was very personal, patient and extremely helpful. I brought in my first bracelet which I thought had broken. My bracelet was fine and not broken. She offered to have my girl friend’s waist measured for her son, who she wishes to purchase her first Pandora bracelet. Niecee also schooled me and gave me the necessary information on how to care for my first bracelet. Our first visit was perfect!! Thank you so much for outstanding customer service, Ms. Niecee!!
