The Pandora Associates were very informative. The first Associate gave us a catalog to look through while we wait in the line to go inside the store. Once in the store the associate that took care of us made sure to sanitize her work area. Then she proceeded to show us the bracelets and which one is better to get for my wrist size and how many charms to get on them. The customer service was impeccable.

Jennifer Jackson was amazing. She was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She knew what I was looking for and was able to make suggestions as to what I might like and/or want. She was very professional and took care of myself and my best friend at the same time. Phenomenal overall service and I will be going back soon!
