The consideration of the pandemic that going on the team in the store was very mindful about keeping everyone safe. The sale rep (Jennifer J) was so professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable about the merchandise.

There was a beautiful assortment of rings I was looking for. The staff was very professional, kind and “COVID aware”. The store was very clean and hand sanitizer was available for all to use. This was the first time I had ever purchased anything from Pandora and it was a wonderful experience. The reason I wouldn’t be back to that particular store is because I live in Fort Lauderdale and this location is in Georgia.

Jennifer, the sales associate, greeted us with warmth and it stayed consistent our entire visit. She Made my love & first time experiment worth it. She presented that with knowledge, presentation, and love. She sold that merchandise and everything I needed it as well and she did it WELL. This was my first pandora bracelet ever, a gift from my love, and Jennifer was the perfect person to deal with. I thank her a mil.

Jennifer J was awesome. I recently started my pandora journey and could not fit any charms because my bracelet was to tight already. I only had 6 charms. She recognized this problem and exchanged my bracelet and gave me a proper fitting and rearranged my charms to balance the overall look of my bracelet.
