Jennifer was so pleasant while she was assisting us. She even went above and beyond to clean our jewelry as well as arrange the charms on our bracelets. She was knowledgeable about any questions that we had and took great care of us all the way to check out.

Erica was superb from beginning to end. It was my daughter's 19th birthday and with everything going on, she made sure I was satisfied and suggested items and her attitude was charming and welcoming. She did a fantastic job! I mentioned to her that I did not like the associates at the other store closest to my home that are located inside Oglethorpe Mall in Savannah. They are not welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and have no patience whatsoever.
