Waiting time wasn't as long as I thought it would be. Sales person was friendly and patient with me as I viewed the charms. Charm selection is always plentiful.

Ravin is a really great sales associate!!! Very humble, patience and has great customer service. At one point I thought she was the store manager. But she’s not the store manager doesn’t have a pleasant attitude. Ravin was excellent!!! I recommend anyone to shop with Ravin!!!
