The prices and customer service was highly efficient. Along with the wait time which was very short and effective during the COVID traffic . Overall I would recommend this store to one of my peers in the near future

The sales associate was very helpful in helping me select charms. She also gave me information I didn't know about my bracelet.

Associate was very helpful and friendly, offered sale items as well. Lines moved quickly as the store was packed this day.

My daughter and I came into the store, with our masks, 30 min prior to close. The sales associate came and escorted us into the store. Her name is Erica at the Pooler,Ga location. She was pleasant and so accomodating. I continued to apologize for keeping her held up but she said that it was okay and she was there to help us. No attitude, no rushing us out, or snappy remarks. She is an awesome associate and I hope, when I visit again,that I have the pleasure of having her as the sales associate who assists me!
