My salesperson RaShanta was extremely courtesy and helpful. She was patient as well because I was a bit indecisive. But he knowledge and willingness to help me made my experience amazing.

I had an exchange to make, did not realize that I could have made the exchange at any Pandora store. I thought it had to be an outlet store.

Sales associates were extremely patient, always polite, & very knowledgeable of products. I visited the store with a friend who was making a purchase. I had no intention of doing so but did. It was the top-notch customer service associates the reason I made an impromptu purchase which is very rare for me. I usually research and plan such purchases. In this instance, I actually purchased a gift for my young adult niece. I expect she will love her gift.

My sales lady Jennifer J was very knowledgeable about the products. She explained how to clean my bracelet to keep it looking good. She also explained the way to wear my bracelet so my charms wouldn't fall off. She was very good and had great customer service.
