Sadly not enough workers, but that is everywhere. Had to wait in line but it was worth my 15/20 minutes. Associate was due for her break but she waited on me instead. She was awesome and I spent over &1000. Love my new rose gold bracelet!!

The sell people was working very well with the customersand well on knowledge of the jewelry.

I have to give all the young ladies there props. Even tho it was busy they took there time to help every customer the best way they could. I didn't feel rushed at all. My daughter was very happy with her gift. Thanks

I was highly satisfied with my service with Pandora because they were very friendly. The associate that helped me knew that I was getting the gift for my mom who was with me at the time and she was very discreet not to let my mother know. Her over all service was amazing.

Pandora was only staffed with two employees during the holiday season. This was not adequate staff to provide care and speed for customers during the holidays. We had to wait a while to be seen due to lack of staff present.
