I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience due to the service provided by DAtra R. She showed my mother and I great customer service her patience and great customer service. She was very attentative to our needs, she didnt rush our purchase, she explained things that needed understanding. The ac in the store was not working but they were doing the best the could. Jennifer J went above and beyond with helping me find a bracelet. For some reason not all of my old beads would work on the bracelets. She went thru several bracelets until she found one that worked with all bracelets. In the end I was very appreciative that she took all that extra time.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME TO THE STORE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE STORE AND THE SALE CLERKS. AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL TO ME BEING A FIRST TIMER.

The jewelry is very delicate and unique. Good quality. The salesperson is very patient! Make me always bought more then I need...But I'm happy for that.
