The sales manager shantara was excellent. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She offered me great selection and a variety of choices and helped me to make the best purchase. All staff was very nice and helpful not only to me but to other customers.

The sales rep told me that there was 30% off charms that were being retired. I told her I wanted to look for clips. She said there were some they were retiring and let me view the ones they had. I found what I wanted and was in and out very quickly which I appreciated
