The ladies were so knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They helped me choose a bracelet that fit into my budget and also showed me options for my next purchase that I definitely will make soon. They were professional and exemplified what customer service means to me.

My wife and I entered the Pandora outlet in Pooler Ga, 4/6/19 to find a Pandora charm for out 29th wedding anniverssary. We were greated warmly and quickly shown the Rose Gold charms we requested. The sales lady was very professional and kind, with her help we found the perfect charm for the occassion and purchased other items which we had intended only to view.
