The manager Datra was amazing. The first time that I ever visited this outlet location back on February 19th, she greeted me when I entered the store and with a smile on her face, and I love that. That was the reason I came from out of town and I return back to the store on March 10th. She's great with the knowledge of the merchandise. Even though I forgot to write down the code information from my previous survey that I took for the February 19th visit, I still purchased what I wanted and didn't care about the price. It's about the customer service with me. So I'm going back today but I'm going to make sure I'm going to copy down my code. More companies should have more people like Datra, you have a great manager that's apart of your team

Was on family travel and dropped into the outlets to see what they had and I ended up applying for a card and was approved.

I frequently come to the store and the store Asst. Manager was always my sales person it’s so awesome to see she is a manager now. The service has always been awesome!

Knowledge of product, professionalism, atmosphere

She was very knowledgeable about the prices and products. She was very professional. Greeted me right away. Will gladly return in the future. I do have 3 daughters.

This was my very first visit to a Pandora store ever and i loved the customer service they were super nice. I loved that you have to sign a waiting list so that ever one could have their fair time to shop and be seen. I'm from Atlanta bu the store I visited was in Savannah so it felt like i bought the perfect souvenir. We bought a wedding band and an another diamond ring. I originally wanted a teardrop ring but I can out with something much better and unique. I love them

The sales agent found a charm for me that I would’ve never found . There was some choices to choose from but overall it was a great place to be. I felt like I was apart of a family there . We just connected .

When I entered into the store I was greeted by the employees there. I was then placed on the waiting list and allowed to look until a sales associate was available to assist me. I shared with Ms. Jennifer J 159473 made the session amazing and very warming. She was awesome and she knew how to make sure that I was satisfied with my time in the store.
