Our sales lady Charlaya from the Pooler store exceeded our expectations!! She was so nice!! She told us everything we needed to know, plus more!!! I can’t wait to go back to buy some more charms from her to complete my rose gold bracelet!! She had me more excited about it than I was before, because now I have a precious keepsake that my husband bought me, and started for me, & I can fashionably wear everyday, that tells my own unique story!! Good customer service

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. My questions were answered both times that I visited the store on the day of my purchase and the associates were able to recommend pieces that they thought I might be interested in. The value of the pieces that I purchased were well in my budget.

My wife shops there and it was her birthday so I decided to go. The employee that waited on me was professional courteous and just really nice. So it was a great visit and the right price;
