The store was in a very safe place. The associates were very knowledgeable in the merchandise they were selling. I asked if they had any parrot charms, she immediately told me yes! Then showed me the item.

It was easy to find everything. The sales person was nice.

The salesperson was very polite and helpful with gift ideas. I had stopped purchasing from Pandora because the lack of customer support. I had an issue two years ago with a charm I had purchased during my travels. The charm was a dangle model of the country I was visiting. Charm broke within three weeks of purchase. I went to a pandora store and the giving customer service number. I was told that I had to return to the original store of purchase and make a claim there. That’s ridiculous because Pandora should honor any purchase from any store. I NO longer purchase from pandora for myself.

I walked in looking for a specific charm. They were very attentive and friendly. The associate immediately knew what I wanted and located it. She even straightened my charms and placed the new one on for me. I will definitely return.

I was highly satisfied with this store because being the only two customers in the store allowed the salesperson Danesha to pay special attention to us and answer all the questions we had as well as provide us with updated information. Danesha even gave us some good tips on how to keep our bracelets looking good. This was my first time visiting this store and I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely return.
