We cane in to buy pearl earrings for a gift and left a new chain and a pendant and I had a ring with a missing stone and this ring was replaced! Really surprised me. But the sales person forgot to give me my Christmas ornament and I am sorry and really want this ornament and called, left a message and no one has called me back. Mine was the last one.
