Staff were very helpful, bent over backwards to make sure i was happy with my purchase , although the charm I initially wanted was out of stock but was extremely pleased with what i purchased instead.

The store was clean. All staff was helpful and friendly. There were know long lines to stand in.

The particular Pandora store we visited is over 2 hours from my home, so this is basically a once-a-year event. The sales girl was very friendly and helpful. We will return again next November.

We walked in and were greeted right away by Datra R. She took a look at some photos I had on my phone and located the items we wee in search for immediately. She was so helpful, polite and attentive. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent service!
