The reasons why I stated that I was highly satisfied are: I was greeted in a professional/friendly manner upon my entrance to the store. When I stated what I was looking for, the Sales Associate immediately showed me the numerous choices I had. She took it upon herself to take my bracelet and charms and clean them to an amazing shine. There was no pressure to hurry & make a choice or to purchase. It was a wonderful experience and the Sales Associate was the one totally responsible for this great experience.
